5-Month Course Breakdown
Module 1: Energetic Theory
Learn about the different ways that energy works in our bodies, minds, and energy fields.
We will explore different theories about energy, from Ayurveda to Hermeticism.
We will also learn how energy can be used to help us transform our lives and grow as people.
Module 2: Metatonic Completion Method
Learn how to use MCM to help yourself and others.
MCM is a powerful tool that can be used to enhance personal growth and help clients achieve their goals.
We will learn how to use MCM in individual and group settings.
We will also learn how to integrate MCM with other modalities to create a holistic approach to healing.
Module 3: Facilitation Mastery
This module will teach you how to be a great coach and group facilitator.
We will cover duty of care, setting boundaries, working with people who are at different stages of their journey, and creating a safe and supportive space for people to grow.
Module 4: Impactful Leadership
The AEA believes that coaches can only help their clients grow as much as they are willing to grow.
That's why we devote time in our course helping you address your own patterns, beliefs, and conditioning so you can reach your highest potential too.
Module 5: Business Success
We will teach you how to make your work known and sell it.

Meet Founder and Facilitator, Jessicka Anne
Jessicka Anne is a speaker, teacher, and mentor who helps people bring spirituality and business together.
She has been working in the transformation space for 14 years. She loves figuring out how things are connected and what creates blocks. This led her to create the AEA's signature modality, MCM.
Jessicka's vision is to help changemakers become leaders and lead the evolution of global consciousness.
What will I be able to do with this certification?

A: It’s delivered online so you can study from anywhere (we have students this round taking this course while they are travelling internationally!) As well as have access to the library of replays to revisit the content whenever you want.
It’s delivered as 4 x 3 day immersions (from approx. 10am – 6pm AEST, no crazy 2am+ finishes). We work with a whole-human approach so appreciate that this course is adding to your life rather than becoming your whole life.

A: No, you don’t need to have prior experience working with energetics. However, if you are completely new to working with things such as breathwork, meditation, or other awareness-based techniques this may be a stretch for you. I’d recommend starting with meditation and then revisiting this course as an option in 6 months’ time.

A: I totally get this question, and I’ve been there. If you have done NLP (including your Master Practitioner training) – this course really is the obvious next step to deepening your offers. We have people running their own practitioner trainings that are enrolled in this program – so if you are feeling the pull, the invitation is to trust it.

A: The short answer is no. I use the term coach as a broad term of inclusion for people who support others to come into alignment with their goals. We have people in the program from doulas to course creators, to breathwork teachers, and seekers. If you desire to get to the depths of what creates true transformation for yourself and for your clients (now and in the future) this is the course for you.

A: Definitely! This course gives structure to our intuitive knowing so that we can meet our clients more deeply and at different levels. It also gives you frameworks to enhance client integration during and after sessions, which improves their overall results.
